To Cancel or Amend a Booking

Login and click on   Book a Tee Time   and select the day of your booking.

Your bookings are shown in a different colour background (light red brown). Note you can find all your existing bookings by selecting ‘ MyProfile and Bookings’ from the main menu. This will include bookings made by others in which you are included. If you click on an existing booking in this display it will take you to the tee-sheet for that day.

Click on the letter   E  on your time slot to edit the booking.  Please note the Edit option is only shown up to the latest date/time your club permits for booking changes/cancellations.

The options available to you depend on whether you made the booking or you are included in another user’s booking.

 a)  You made the booking.

You will see options to add and remove players (only within the min and max number of players allowed at that time) and to make player substitutions.  You choose the players in the normal way from the PAB presented.  Note as the Owner and person responsible for the booking you are not permitted to remove yourself.  If you need to cancel yourself then you must  Remove Entire Booking, or alternatively to keep the booking for the others in your party you will need to contact the pro-shop to do this for you.

 b) You are part of another user’s booking or you have added yourself to an ‘Open Booking’.

You will see options to remove yourself from the booking subject to the minimum number of players permitted at that time, and to make a substitution for yourself. You choose the players in the normal way from the PAB presented for a player substitution.  If a required player is not in your PAB then go to the main menu  ‘My Address Book, add the desired user and then return to the tee-sheet to amend your booking.

EMAILS are sent to all players involved when a booking is amended.

Play List

 General Booking Notes

Personal Address Book (PAB)   there is a main menu option for maintenance of your address book where you can add and remove players. You may find it handy to add players here first so that they are already present when you come to book a tee-time.

You can see details, at any time, of all your forward bookings under the My Profile and Bookings menu item.

You may use the internal simple message system (SPM) called from the main menu to send short messages to other players. These are seen when the recipient next logs on to the system.

The Tee Booking display gives the sunrise and sunset times to help you choose when to play.

Block Bookings – You club may have set aside special times for block bookings for various purposes. These are usually booked by your club’s administrators but you may be able to book if the club has set this to be permitted for a particular event. It is shown as an ‘Open Block Booking’.  Your club will have set the permitted types of player allowed to book here.

Bookings From alternative tees – You club may permit you to book from Tees other than the first. If so this can be selected by the ‘Tee’ drop down box at the top of the screen. Note that the system will predict the games progression around the course and that this can only be approximate. Thus some of the bookings you see on screen will be the ‘progressed’ games from other tees and not absolute bookings. You can tell a real booking by the period ‘.’  in front of the number of players shown. Progressed bookings from other Tees are shown without the period.

The system is designed so that you cannot book a tee-time when a progressed game from another Tee is due to arrive.

Bookings for 9 holes- If your club has enabled this then you will see a tee-sheet display when selecting 9 holes from the drop down box at the top of the screen, else a notice that ‘The settings for your booking group for this day and course are not available’.
